Please note that road ban’s are in effect within the RM of Moose Jaw No. 161 as of Monday, March 23, 2020 @ 12:01 a.m.

 

GENERAL GUIDELINES FOR IMPLEMENTING ROAD RESTRICTIONS ON MUNICIPAL ROADS
• The standard road restriction weights on Spring Road Restriction orders published by the Saskatchewan Ministry of Highways and Infrastructure are as follows:
o The maximum load on steering axles is 10 kg per millimetre (560 lbs per inch) width of tire (manufacturer’s stamped dimensions), to a maximum of
1. 5,500 kg on the steering axle for a truck equipped with a single steering axle
2. 11,000 kg on the steering axle group for a truck equipped with a tandem axle steering group
o Maximum loads on all other wheels will be limited to 6.25 kg/mm (350 lbs per inch) width of tire to a maximum loading of 1650 kg per wheel (3,638 lb.)

 

RM of Moose Jaw will be closed Monday, March 9, 2020 for training.

Public Notice is hereby given that Council intends to initially consider, at a Special Meeting on Tuesday, January 28, 2020, at the Rural Municipal Office, 1410 Caribou Street West, Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan, commencing at 9:00 a.m., a proposal to sell the parcel of land, currently owned by the R.M. of Moose Jaw No. 161, pursuant to an offer to purchase:

 

  • ISC Parcel No. 105703534, Blk/Par A-Plan M139 Ext 0, SE 34-16-26 W2, current title No.102882898, containing approximately 102.77 acres
