1. The purchase of a new motor grader and accessory equipment, as well as the trade of one of the municipality’s existing motor graders;
2. Other capital purchases;
3. Any and all planning, zoning or development issues, including Valley Ridge Subdivision agreement;
4. Upcoming SARM 2010 Spring Convention;
5. 2010 Budgetary matters;
6. Gravel matters.

ALL MEETINGS ARE OPEN TO RATEPAYERS AND THE GENERAL PUBLIC, SUBJECT TO COUNCIL’S POLICY ON MEETING ATTENDEES.
