The Council of the Rural Municipality of Moose Jaw No 161, pursuant to Zoning Bylaw No. 7-2001, as amended, is considering an application to allow a proposed “Camp Ground” on Parcel B, Plan 101212120, Extension 42, Surface Parcel No. 135969902, being an 11.18 acre parcel that is part of SE 1-17-27 W2, situated south of and adjacent to Highway No. 1 east of the City of Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan. It has been determined that establishing a campground is a discretionary use within the RVD - River Valley Development District, which is the Zone where the subject parcel of land is situated. The application, and any representations, will be considered by the Council of the Rural Municipality of Moose Jaw No. 161 on Tuesday, August 4, 2009 between the hours of 11:00 a.m. and 12:00 noon, at the Rural Municipal Office, 170 Fairford Street West, Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan. Written submissions must be forwarded to the Administrator/Development Officer, Rural Municipality of Moose Jaw No. 161, Rural Municipal Office, by 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, August 4, 2009.
