Council and staff of the Rural Municipality of Moose Jaw No. 161 is pleased to announce that bylaws to adopt a new Official Community Plan and Zoning Bylaw have been given first reading at a council meeting held August 9, 2011. The proposed Official Community Plan can be viewed here OCP, and the proposed Zoning Bylaw can be viewed here Zoning Bylaw. In addition, copies are available at the office of the RM of Moose Jaw #161, 170 Fairford Street West, Moose Jaw. A public hearing will be held on Tuesday, September 13, 2011, at the RM of Moose Jaw #161 Office, 170 Fairford Street West, Moose Jaw, commencing at 9:30 a.m.
