The council of the R.M. of Moose Jaw No. 161 has cost-share programs in place via policy with regard to the following matters:

• Spraying of dust suppressant on rural roads in front of yard sites to enhance quality of life for rural residents. Policy - Cost-sharing dust control [amended 2010]
• Spraying of the chemical “Tordon 22K” to control noxious weeds such as Leafy Spurge, Field Bindweed, etc. Policy - Cost-sharing noxious weed control with Tordon 22K
